The first beer in a new NYC beer series. We were running low on Citra, Simcoe and Cashmere hops to make this beer, so we popped on down to Canal Street and found some Citro, Samcoe and Kashmere for a great price. They look legit. ?

| Food Pairing | This Imperial IPA style beer is best paired with barbecue. Grilled meats, salmon and game all work well. It is also very good with peppery style cheeses such as Monterey / Pepper Jack. |
