Lambiek Fabriek is a lambic producer that was founded by Jo Panneels and Jozef Van Bosstraeten in 2016, and is located in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw. The word “Fabriek” in the name stands for their original brew site in the “Fabriekstraat” in Ruisbroek.
