Return Policy

All sales are final - no returns or exchanges. Carriers may make up to three attempts to deliver the product with an adult signature. Number of carrier attempts may vary.

Half Time greatly values its online customers and is committed to ensuring our customers' satisfaction with each of our products and services. If we made an error by sending you an item in error, or if you received a damaged or otherwise flawed item, please email us at onlineorder@halftimebeverage.com. Please provide your order number and explain the reasons for your dissatisfaction. We will quickly respond and make every effort to offer a fair solution. We will either exchange the items(s) or issue a refund, credit or Gift Card for the applicable amount.

We DO NOT offer refunds if your alcohol order is returned to us for reasons including, but not limited to, multiple delivery attempts and/or address issues. If you would like the box re-shipped to you, we charge an additional $40 to cover the roundtrip costs incurred to us by the carrier.

Please report any issues within 30 days of delivery/shipment.

Any packages that are refused or unable to be delivered by our common carriers will be returned to Half Time at your expense. We will refund to you any product costs minus shipping costs
